TERMS OF SALE, SHIPPING COSTS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

DELIVERY METHODS
Delivery will be by express courier following standard procedures, within 24/48 hours throughout the Italian mainland and 48/72 hours for the islands. For deliveries abroad we reserve the right to agree delivery times with the customer depending on the destination country. The delivery method will be agreed with the customer via email or phone; our number is +39 081 7595365.

RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Goods must be checked on arrival by the recipient. Any claim for damage caused in transit or due to tampering must be reported immediately to the responsible courier. Accordingly, if the packaging is visibly damaged, please sign the receipt with the proviso “Goods received unchecked”. The customer is required to check that the quantity and quality of the goods correspond to what is indicated in the accompanying documentation. Solettificio Gifral cannot be held responsible for any direct and/or indirect damages or loss, or for any other circumstances that cannot be directly attributed to Solettificio Gifral.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Solettificio Gifral will replace any item in the package that is damaged, not as described or different from what was ordered, to the customer’s complete satisfaction. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation from Solettificio Gifral via confirmation email, which must be kept and presented if requested.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract under the legal provisions of Article 64 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 within 10 working days from the order.
